Garlic Butter Grilled Corn with Parmesan

Prepare according to package directions adding Barzi Brand Chili Fix with dry ingriedients.

Ingredients
• Garlic Butter Grilled Corn with Parmesan 4- 6 ears fresh corn
• 8-12 teaspoons Barzi’s Garlic Butter Seasoning Blend
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil to brush on Corn
• 8-24 teaspoons parmesan cheese (finely grated)
• Heat outdoor grill to medium heat (350 degrees). Shuck Corn and remove all silks. Brush olive oil on each corn cob, and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of Barzi’s Garlic Butter Seasoning Blend. Place on grill and grill for 15-20 min turning every 3-4 min until lightly charred. Remove from grill and sprinkle each ear with 1-2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese. Serves 4-6 Grilled Italian Stuffed Chicken Breast For chicken 4- 6oz boneless Chicken Breast
• ½ cup ricotta cheese
• ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
• 4 sundried tomatoes finely chopped
• 2 tsp plus 2 more tsp for sprinkling  Barzi’s Garlic Butter Seasoning Blend 2 tsp Barzi’s Italian Seasoning
• 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
• For Sauce
• 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
• 2 tbls Barzi’s Garlic Butter Seasoning Blend
• 2 tbls Barzi’s Italian Seasoning
• 2 tbls Balsamic Vinegar
• 1 tbls sugar
• Heat outdoor grill to Medium Heat (350 degrees).

• Place chicken breasts on a cutting board, and using a small knife, cut a small pocket into the side of each breast and make sure not to cut through breast meat. Combine remaining ingredients (except for additional 2 tsp of Barzi’s Garlic Butter Seasoning Blend). Blend well and place in zip lock bag. Cut a tip off one corner of zip lock and squeeze ¼ of mixture into the pocket of each chicken breast. Secure opening with toothpick or bamboo skewer. Sprinkle the surface of chicken with remaining Barzi’s Garlic Butter Seasoning Blend. Place on grill and cook for 15-20 min or until meat is no longer pink.
• Mix together all ingredients for sauce and bring to boil then simmer for 15-20 min.

• Serve grilled chicken topped with tomato sauce. Dish can be sprinkled with chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese for garnish.
