White Chili

Melt butter in a 5 qt dutch oven or soup pot over high heat. Sauté onion in melted butter until translucent, add diced chicken meat and sauté for 5-8 min. Add Barzi Brand Minced Garlic, Barzi Brand Ground Cumin, Barzi Brand Whole Oregano, and Barzi Brand Chili Fix and stir. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30- 40 min. Serve garnished with a dollop of sour cream and chopped green onion.

• 3 tablespoon butter

• 1 medium onion finely chopped

• 1 lb of chicken breast cut into cubes

• 1 tablespoon Barzi Brand Minced Garlic

• 1 tablespoon Barzi Brand Ground Cumin

• 1 teaspoon Barzi Brand Whole Oregano

• 3 tablespoon Barzi Brand Chili Fix

• 2-15 oz canned white beans (drained and rinsed)

• 1-15 oz can whole kernel corn (drained) or ½-16 oz bag frozen corn

• 1-4 oz can green chilies

• 3 cups chicken stock home made or canned

• Salt and Pepper to taste
