You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. 
Most orders placed before noon (12 p.m.) will be shipped within three business days via the USPS to continental US.  

Orders over $50 will have free shipping inside the continental US. International orders and orders to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via UPS and billed accordingly.  
We can ship products anywhere in the United States via UPS. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. 

Return Policy
Barzi Brand values customer service as such we offer a guarantee of satisfaction on our products.  Within 30 days of invoice date, Barzi will accept the return of any product on the basis of quality issues or shipping mistakes.  Customers may contact Barzi at 1(888)242-2669 to authorize a return. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. All freight and handling charges on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation:
Barzi Brand offers a 24 hour cancellation policy as long as the order has not shipped.  Customers may contact Barzi at 1(888)242-2669 to cancel an order.

Out of Stock Policy 
You will be notified of any out of stock or discontinued items either via e-mail, on your packing slip or invoice. You may reorder out of stock items at a later date.

Privacy Policy
Barzi Brand values customer privacy.  We will not sell or share our customer information with anyone. We collect email information from those who wish to receive email from us (we do not send unsolicited email). Any information obtained during purchases or visits to our sites are used only internally and discarded following use.

To purchase a product:
• First you must utilize the “Add to Cart” or “Buy now” buttons to place an item in the shopping basket.
• After a product is added to the shopping basket, you can click the “View or Edit Cart” links to update quantities or remove products from the basket
• Once you have the products and quantities finalized, you can click the “Checkout” link
• Next, complete the required Billing, Shipping and Payment information.
• Finally, select the Order Complete option to complete the transaction.
Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent and the product(s) shipped to the designated address.
